New this month are the courses coordinated by the Food Safety Schools in decentralized locations.

The Cajuru Urban Farm School Kitchen will host Pies and Quiches courses, on the 20th, and Baked and Fried Savory Preparation, on November 27th.

At the Rua da Cidadania Auditorium in Bairro Novo, the Good Practices for Food Services course will take place on the 13th.

The Monte Carmelo Monastery, in Bairro Novo, which houses the Casa do Servo Sofredor Maria Augusta, will host, on November 20, the Salted Foods for Parties course.
